If you searched for Garden of Vegan: the brand is now Garden of Goodness. Checked on 6 October 2026, gardenofvegan.com.au redirects to gardenofgoodness.com.au, which loads normally, and parts of its FAQ and blog still use the old name. The service is running under the new name, and it solves a different problem from ours: certified-organic wholefood meals with wide delivery, where we are a Lebanese and Asian kitchen delivering to four areas.
Last verified 6 October 2026. What changed since the 24 August 2026 version: the page now leads with the Garden of Goodness name and adds their menu size, prices, minimum order, delivery terms and delivery area, which their homepage did not show in August; our review count moved from 81 to 83.

Where Garden of Goodness is the better choice
As at 6 October 2026, Garden of Goodness is ahead on three things, and if one of them is what you need, start there.
- Certified-organic sourcing. Their FAQ says "We use 100% certified organic ingredients", and a 2023 post on their blog names the certifier as Southern Cross Certified Australia. We have not checked the certifier's register; the claim is theirs.
- Coverage. They deliver to most of Australia, including WA, SA, Tasmania and the ACT, from their base in Queensland. We deliver to four areas: Sydney, North Western Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro.
- A menu made without gluten or oil. Their FAQ says all their meals are made without gluten and are "100% oil free", and adds that they are not certified with Coeliac Australia. Our range is different: wheat gluten (seitan), soy and peanuts run through it, and our kitchen also handles sesame and other allergens, so cross-contamination cannot be excluded.
Where Vegan Soul fits better
If you want a cuisine rather than a wholefood plan, our menu is a Lebanese range — shawarma, falafel, toum, loubieh — and an Asian range of satay, teriyaki, red Thai, ramen and soba. Eleven of our 35 dishes carry 28g of plant protein or more; the full list is on the high-protein page. Most mains are $11.95 or $12.95 before delivery, the minimum order is $79, and you can order once or set up a recurring weekly order. Their figures are for certified-organic meals, so the prices are not a like-for-like comparison.
