- Choose your dishes. Pick from the menu, then order as a one-off or set up a recurring weekly order.
- It arrives chilled. Your order arrives chilled, in temperature-controlled packaging.
- Store, then heat. Put the meals in the fridge when they arrive. Each product page carries its own heating instruction, and some dishes are meant to be eaten cold.

- Who can bring the meals inside and into the fridge soon after they arrive, especially at apartments, offices or shared addresses.
