Gado Gado Chick'n Soba Bowl
Gado gado is Indonesia’s argument that a salad should come with peanut sauce. Ours pairs the sauce with soba noodles and seitan over crisp vegetables — a bowl that works at a desk as well as a dinner table.
What's in it: soba noodles, seitan, and a peanut sauce of peanuts, peanut oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, ginger, stevia and coconut milk, over carrot, capsicum, cucumber and cabbage.
